Introduction to Medical Informatics

Computer excercise, Brno University of Technology, Department of Biomedical Engineering, 2019

The course is oriented to the use of information technology in medicine and biology. It is focused on medical data: acquisition, storage and exploitation, systems based on patients‘ computer records, health information systems, decision-making in medicine, standards in medical informatics, introduction to bioinformatics and fundamentals of genetic information processing. I was teaching and creating study materials for the course in winter semesters of years 2019 and 2020.
